With a personality driven to be open, honest and most importantly transparent, Schocker Locker’s founder John Schock determined there was a need for a deeper purpose in his life. John Schock

John has over 35 years of experience in business.

As a former executive with Cadillac Motor Car Company, John has extensive knowledge of both variable and fixed operations with a solid understanding of how to implement processes for improved teamwork and CSI. He has excellent communication skills that allow him to connect with all levels of an organization.

John has worked on Customer Experience projects such as Standards For Excellence with GM and has conducted best practice consultations for JD Power. He has facilitated both large and small group activities for such brands as Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC, Hyundai, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Subaru and Yamaha.

Prior to recent work with JD Power, John worked as the Service Sales Liaison at the eighth largest Lexus dealership (Park Place) in the United States – where he was the top retail producer for three years selling exclusively off the service drive. The Service to Sales Selling Process he created generated plus unit sales and gross profit.

John is an active member of his church where he facilitates large group fundraisers and membership activities. He has coached various businesses via his F.A.I.T.H. philosophy.
